The restaurant was awesome, Fernando excelente atención, Roberto García, muy atento y servicial al mismo tiempo eficiente. Paola y Yamilet fueron muy atentas y serviciales al igual que Rosita con sus deliciosas pupusas. En recepción, Rocío y Salomón fueron muy diligentes, amables y respetuosos y me ayudaron a acomodar a mis invitados. Douglas y Santiago fueron muy amables y atentos a todos mis deseos. Todo el staff del hotel fue amable.

From the moment we walked in until our check out we had such a wonderful time. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious!

It was amazing, we stayed there for a wedding and everything was great… they even let us have a late check out with no extra cost the morning after the wedding. Food and the buffet breakfast were also really good.

I liked the size of the meeting room, was very confortable , for every body. Ididn´t like that in the front desk there was´nt any brochure with information about the main places to visit in El Salvador. I Think you must promote the turism.

The front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable about policies and some hotel hours, but nothing that can’t be learned. Santiago is awesome! Give him a raise! Thank you all. I will come back. This is the ONLY hotel I visit wh n in San Salvador.

This review is Legit, Hotel is in the best zone and you can’t go wrong by Having a great Vacation. I travel twice a year and always stay at Crowne Plaza due to the Safe and Friendly environment.
